Our mission is to develop intelligent and skilled hockey players by providing training that emphasizes game understanding and the purpose behind every skill. We are dedicated to helping athletes think critically, make better decisions on the ice, and unlock their full potential through thoughtful and strategic coaching.
Our Story
I grew up right here in Kitchener, playing for the Kitchener Jr Rangers AAA program. Hockey has always been a huge part of my life, leading me to compete in the Ontario Hockey League and later in the OUA with the Guelph Gryphons.
After years of playing at high levels, I realized how much the game has given me skills, lessons, and experiences that shaped who I am today. I started BigTime Hockey as a way to give back to the community that supported me and to help young players achieve their goals.
At BigTime Hockey, our focus is on developing smart hockey players. We teach athletes not just the skills, but why they are learning them to help them understand the game, make better decisions on the ice, and reach their full potential. My mission is to share what I’ve learned and help the next generation experience all that hockey has to offer, whether it’s reaching the highest levels or gaining lifelong skills and memories.
